Gabriel Muñoz

Born in Utuado, PR and raised in New Jersey, Gabriel Muñoz first fell in love with the Puerto Rican Cuatro at the age of 14. Gabriel had the privilege of performing with some of the world’s greatest Cuatristas. Receiving recognition for his performance at the prestigious National Cuatro Festival in Puerto Rico in 2002 and again in 2014 in Chicago where he opened for renown Grammy nominated Cuatrista, Edwin Colon Zayas.

Gabriel was one of the first Cuatristas to perform at the Library of Congress as well as being one of the first Cuatristas in history to be featured in concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. The Library of Congress also conducted his oral history interview which was archived as part of american history! Along with recording, composing, and teaching, Gabriel continues to share the music of the Puertorican Cuatro everywhere he goes.

Bachata Artist from New York, Gio El Leon

Dominican vocalist, Gio El Leon, brings a fresh and modern sound. Combining Bachata, pop and urban with tropical elements, Gio’s music has received two nominations, one for the Billboard Awards as group of the year and another for the Latin Grammys for best album. His debut album “En Presencia del Futuro” became a Gold record, selling more then 120,000 copies worldwide. His hit “El mejor perfume” featuring La Original Banda el Limon became #3 on the hot Latin track tropical Billboard and his song “Un Chin Chin De Navidad” a duet with Jose Feliciano, are just some of his many successes.

Son Curramba de Miami

Son Curramba is a Colombian folkloric drums ensemble that works to preserve and strengthen their cultural heritage and diversity. They build community through music by celebrating their heritage, with drums as their tool to carry the message to any citizen of the world and connect as one with the gift of tradition.

Edwin “Dimelo” Rivera & Erika Saucillo

Edwin Rivera is a multi-talented artist known for his exceptional skills as a salsa dancer, choreographer, DJ, music producer, and festival director. Edwin has been immersed in the rich culture of salsa music and dance since his childhood.

In addition to his success as a dancer, Edwin is also an accomplished DJ and music producer. He has produced numerous hit songs and albums, and his music has been played in clubs and festivals around the world. His unique blend of traditional salsa with modern beats has earned him a loyal following and critical acclaim.

Erika Saucillo, a dance powerhouse born and raised in Los Angeles, California. With a lifelong passion for dance, Erika’s journey spans over two decades, from Ballet Folklorico to Salsa, Bachata, and beyond. As a renowned dancer, instructor, and choreographer, Erika has taken the stage by storm, performing globally and winning numerous awards, including top spots in the World Latin Dance Cup and LA’s Top Female Salsa Social Dancer. But Erika’s true mission is empowering women through dance. Through her company, Goddess Grooves, she helps women unlock their inner confidence, sensuality, and strength. With a heart full of passion and a spirit that inspires, Erika’s dance journey is a testament to the transformative power of movement.

Kantuta Ballet Folklorico de Bolivia

Kantuta Ballet Folklórico de Bolivia is a cultural performing arts non-profit organization based in San Leandro, California, founded in September 2006 by Mario, Andrea, and Lillian Lino. The ensemble is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and sharing the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Bolivia through its dynamic folkloric dance performances.

With a focus on Bolivian traditional music and dance, Kantuta Ballet Folklórico de Bolivia strives to educate audiences about the country’s unique cultural practices, rituals, and beliefs. The ensemble’s repertoire spans a variety of Bolivian regional dances, each highlighting distinct cultural traditions and storytelling through vibrant movement and music.

Grupo Folklorico de Libertad

Grupo Folklórico Libertad de Las Vegas was founded in May 2017 and is the first established grupo folklórico representing Mexico in Las Vegas, Nevada. Unlike ballet folklórico which uses classical ballet as a base, we solely focus on respecting Mexico’s traditions without any alterations. GFLLV was created with the purpose of representing Las Vegas in all types of local and national events to research, preserve, and promote Mexico’s traditional folklore.

Grupo Kaoba

Grupo Kaoba began in 2000 in Denver, Colorado, with its musicians mostly from Mexico City, creating a tropical, guapacho style of the tropical Cumbia genre. The band was created by musical director Ivan Nava.

Rondalla de Humacao from Puerto Rico

Rondalla de Humacao is a music school for children in Humacao, Puerto Rico.

Raices D’Sudamerica

Raices D’Sudamerica is a traditional cultural dance team that was established in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our mission is to share our beautiful South American folklore with our community and keep our beautiful culture and dances alive by enriching our kids and adults from different backgrounds.  Raices goal is to have people connect to their roots and bring a little bit of home in the performances.
